Hi all, or should I say, y'all? I'm in Texas.

So I just picked up a black 05 SRT6.

I’ve driven it about 50 miles and I'm learning more about it as I go. I think the radio AUD button is not working and by the sound of it, the last time it was set, was to the tin can old school handy transistor radio sound.

Is there a fix to these? I noticed there were a number of head units on ebay. One of the things I saw, one of them was quite rusty on top and another looked like maybe it had been sanded or cleaned in the same spot. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the AC drips on the head unit.

My car has a strange smell. To me, it reminds me of old junk yard cars where engine parts covered in grease had been stored on the inside for a number of years. Is it at all possible this is a common problem or question? If not, what about interior AC refrigerant leaks? Can the oil in an AC refrigerant maybe cause this?

The engine, undercarriage etc was all inspected by two independent mechanics in the same day, and mine was absolutely thrilled with what he saw.

Any ideas?
