Default Rpm

I just wanted to say hello and intoduce my self ,I am in the process of purchasing an 06 roadster and I was wondering if anyone knows what the RPMs should be with the tourq converter locked up at 70 miles per hour mine reads 2500 RPM and I was wondering if that is correct.
any information would be greatly appreciated as I am unfamiliar with this brand automatic transmission. Thanks DK

2500rpm at 70 mph sounds pretty close, maybe a little high, but close. I am going from memory (which is dangerous) after looking at mine for a week of driving through the west.

Had a nice ride today. 70 mph puts the tach at a tick under 2500 cruising on the highway.
