Blaupunkt SD-Card Stereo
Anyone seen/used this yet? Looks good and is only $160 MSRP.

Definitely not.
Just get an iPod / other mp3 player and a compatible head unit.
1. No CD player? Everyone is going to wish they had one at some point - I have an aftermarket headunit with my ipod and I tell my friends to bring their cd's in all the time.
2. SD Cards? Small and annoying.

I have no use for iPods or the like. Although this head unit has integrated iPod controls

I listen to CDs in my Crossfire very infrequently. There's no convenient place to put the jewel cases where they won't slide.

Small, cheap, and convenient!

According to the Crutchfield website, the Blaupunkt has an optional Bluetooth adapter that can be plugged into the back.

This Blaupunkt does not have integrated iPod control. You still have to purchase the iPod adapter module.

Crutchfield has it for $149.95 with free shipping. MasterSheet instructions, wiring harness adapter for the Crossfire, antenna adapter, and the DIN radio removal tool are included free as well.
Sounds like a decent deal to me. I think I'm going to order one.
EDIT: Maybe I'm not. Take a look at this warning that popped-up when I was ordering it:
What you need to know:
* The harness does not supply connections for the front speakers, so you will need to run new speaker wires to your front speakers.
* The harness does not supply connections for the rear speakers, so you will need to run new speaker wires to your rear speakers.
* When used in this vehicle, the functions of the yellow and red wires in the Crutchfield harness are reversed. The yellow wire supplies ignition power, and the Red wire supplies constant power.
* You will need to bypass your factory amp by running new speaker wires from the radio to the amp location and splicing the new speaker wires to the factory speaker wires at the output side of the amp.

The Clarion supports at least a 8GB SDHC card from what I've been reading. The other killer application is the A2DP bluetooth audio which is built in beside normal bluetooth. If you have a bluetooth enabled laptop or one of the new Samsung A2DP enabled players on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Portab...dp/B000VQ7ZK6/
You can stream music to the receiver wirelessly. That's why I don't like the Blaupunkt, it doesn't have that capability.
The Clarion was in stock late last week @ crutchfield and went out of stock quickly.

NXMX-5 (or anyone for that matter), Do you have a pinout for the factory wiring harness? I'd like to try and see if I can get the Blaupunkt working with the stock harness, amp & speakers.
I looked at the Clarion, and sorry, it just doesn't work for me. I have no use for streaming bluetooth or an ipod connector. The buttons look awfully small to operate while driving and the white faceplate is just plain fugly.
