Stock Stereo Replacement
I was nervous taking my car in for service due to the local dealership not really seeing many crossfires run through their service dept. I've experienced my display malfunctioning on my NAV Stereo 2005 SRT-6. I could hardly read the screen. I took it to the dealership today for a replacement under warranty. It took them only about a half hour to replace it and wow, what a difference. This stereo sounds so much better. It seems to have more punch, more crisp highs and much more bass. Anyone know if the stereo varied from year to year regarding the power output? This one sounds great!
Also while I was there, I discussed my headlights having a moisture problem. It wasn't real bad but looked bad if you looked close. I mentioned about the service bulletin and when I picked up the car from the stereo replacement job, they told me they ordered two new headlights under warranty. That simple. Heck, I should have tried this some time ago.
