1784 vs 1786 harness for deck install which Antenna adapter
Hello im wondering which harness works better. I know the 1784 with basically be double amping the factory speakers... Does it sound distorted?
The 1786 obviously just plugs into the rcas and gives a line level input similar to the factory deck.
Also does the eu10 antenna adapter have as good of reception as factory or is everyone using an amplified version. I have read through the forum but have not found answer to my question.

That is the correct antenna adapter to my knowledge since i have read people having worse reception with the standard antenna adapter?

I know I have just the plain antenna adapter and my reception is not very good. if there is a powered one that gives better reception I would highly recomend getting that one.
The standard EU-10 is what you use. There is a power antenna booster in the car, but you need to connect the power antenna lead from the harness adapter to the power antenna lead of the radio. Don't confuse this with the amp turn on, there is a seperate power antenna connection.
