Default Front Door Speakers - Frozen?!?!?!

I noticed that one of my Infinity stock door woofer/mid bass was making a noise like the surround of the speaker developed a crack. I went ahead and ordered new Infinity Kappa 6.5" seperates and only replaced the woofer in the doors (both woofers were replaced with the new Infinity's). Sounded great.... Now, one of the new speakers has frozen and the speaker wont move at all! The other side speaker sounds fine. I have not played loud music at all!!! Any ideas? I have the stock navigation radio running to the stock amp, with the stock door tweeters and the stock subwoofers. (04 Limited...nav added)

They sold you a crappy speaker. return it for a new one.

I have seen bigger (10"+) subwoofers "freeze" when people buy them new and abuse them right away. But never with a stock setup.

Or, try swapping speakers side-to-side. Or put one old speaker back in there to see if it is a signal issue.

Unless of course Beaner has been able to actually look at it?

Nope.. I never had a look at it. But when I buy something and it dont work and the install is as simple as plugging it in and it does not work properly, Just exchange it with another one.
