Does anybody know the crossover frequencies on the factory 240 watt amp? I've got an Alpine 9831 head unit and I'd like to know the frequencies the amp is sending to each speakers so I can better determine how to set my equalizer.

Also, are the factory speakers/tweeters in the door made by Infinity? I generally like the sound but would it be worth upgrading them?

 

The drivers in the car are made by Harman Internationals OE division and utilize Infinity's CMMD Drivers. It looks like the doors are run full range and the subs are most likly crossed over low like 60hz based on listening.

 

Yea. Based on playing around with my EQ, I kinda came to the same conclusion about the crossover point and that the door speakers run full. Do you know if the crossover can be changed on the amp? I'd rather not run the doors full range.
