There are two horns, a high note one and a low note one. There are many horn kits available at auto parts stores (with both, for balance) so if you replace one you might consider the set in a kit. There are a few 'salvage' yard links within the forum that might have the crossfire horn set for sale (if you wish the OEM set a requirement) Good luck!

Have you inspected the horn itself? These are typical 2-tone baffle horns and if your horn seems very quiet or produces nothing more than a muffled Hummm the diaphragms and actuators may rusted away or you could have had mud wasps or other bugs that found those baffles and crawled inside and made a nest out of the inner spiral chambers. Without hearing what they sound like and how loud they are I can't tell if you just love loud horns or if your OEM horns are not performing to spec. My stock horn on my 2004 is loud enough... loud as any typical car horn.

Am guessing you already troubleshot the horns, a few simple things outlined here already. Just remember, there are 2 horns in the crossfire, one high, one low. Together they are loud, if only one working it sounds 'funny'. You can check if 12 volts are getting to each, easily.

Sounds (no pun intended) like only one of the two horns is working.
