I am looking to add navigation to my limited and have been looking at replacement rear view mirrors with lcds for the display (not too crazy about the flip out head units which block hvac controls), but anyway the only replacement which looks somewhat factory i can find is by audiovox (link included at bottom). the problem is that i cant find out the actual dimensions of the mirror. i would like to know this because the factory mirror we have is small and a huge replacement mirror would look out of place. if anyone has any info on the size of this item or of a replacement mirror with an lcd that is close to the factory size, please help me out with some information. thank you in advance.

I don't have the answers you need but it looks like it could be a good prodject.
Let us know how you make out as I don't like the position of the flip outs on our crossfires either.

 

thanks. in my eyes this is the best bet for navigation since in all it will probably be cheaper then buying the stock option after the fact (wish i had realized it was an option when i was buying) and wont block the hvac controls. as long as the mirror is not huge compared to the stock mirror then this is what i think im going with since it is the cleanest (stock) looking replacement mirror i can find.

The mirrors are big and IMO are ugly. They clip on to the factory mirror.
