Default Loving this Radio!

As some of you know, I recently bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler. It had this HORRIBLE abortion of a "radio" in it...

The worst FM receiver ever and no AM. This is not acceptable. I tried to get an original Jeep radio, then tried some aftermarket stuff - what a disappointment. Then I talked to a friend who has earned a living building and maintaining AM radio transmitter and tower systems since about 1985. He made some suggestions and I did some homework.

I have found the best aftermarket AM radio - in fact, this thing outperforms the factory unit in my Ford Ranger. In addition, the menus are EASY (there are only three), it has a REAL volume control, it plays MP3s on my USB drive, there is no touch screen (I hate them), instead it has REAL buttons that click when you press them. Oh, it supports a cell phone interface and again, it's easy to use.

No Apple car play, etc.
Posted for anyone who might make use of it.

I still gotta finish the trim... but WOW does this sound good.

I know it is not silver, but would it be a good purchase for a Crossfire?

Yes, it would fit in the cavity just fine.
