The exterior turn signal lights all work normally and the right turn signal interior green arrow functions normally. When operating the left turn signal, the interior green arrow does not illuminate.

Any thoughts or suggestions? It is safe to operate the Crossfire with this problem, but my wife (who loves and drives this wonderful car) hopes there is a solution (and I am hoping there is an simple fix, but I doubt it).

 

Most likely the bulb. Does the side marker work?

Thank you! Not sure I am capable of replacing that bulb, but good to know how to approach.

 

Here's a video on how to replace the bulbs. The most important thing with doing this is to be patient and careful with the plastic dashboard surround.
If you do this or, have it done, I would recommend replacing all of the bulbs while you have it apart. Also reattach the connectors then test everything before you screw the instrument cluster back in.
You only want to this once.
