Default That was easy...

At the end of November of last year, the Crossfire was parked indoors for the winter season. It was filled with premium gas and had stabilizer added, the tires were also overinflated to 40psi. Battery removed and OEM cover installed, parking brake disengaged and left in 1st gear.
Today, the cover was removed, battery installed and tires reduced to 34psi. Started the car which fired up quickly and began checking everything. All instrumentation, radio, garage openers (X3) including GPS tracking all returned to their original settings as if nothing had every happened. No BAS/ESP lamp as reported by others, no loss of radio presets, no TPMS sensors acting wonky, nothing. Only the clock needed resetting.
Took it for a spin around the neighbourhood, "letting it go" on a few bursts and the car behaved just like it did the day I parked it. No issues what so ever.
That was easy...

I just took mine out for a quick spin this weekend before putting it back for another month or so... I apparently forgot to put the tennis ***** back in the tailpipes from the last time I started it, so I hope theres nothing [now dead] up in the exhaust... there was some smoke coming off of the headers but I hope that's just dust burning off......

When the battery is connected, you will need to do a throttle reset (if desired). I also had to re-program the "chime off" seat belt option.

Thanks Tony - I'll keep that in mind. Still a few weeks to go for me, I think....

Me too...but how do you maintain your battery? I had no choice but to remove mine because their is no A/C outlets ANYWHERE to plug into. Here in Toronto the roads are now bare and the snow is pretty much gone, but we need a good rain to get rid of all the sand/salt residue still remaining on the road surfaces. Until then, I'm holding back from driving the Crossfire, otherwise it's ready to go.

Knock on wood no problem so far with battery. Just start her up put it in neutral and run it for about 10 minutes then drive inside the underground foward and reverse for another 10 minutes. This july my xfire turns 10 years old and works awsome with only 100k on her
