Well starting last year into this year ive won over 30 awards mixes of 1st and 2nd and a few top 30 top 50
And 3 best engine..
....but cant seem to get best of which ever catergory im in consistently..
I think its because the Mercedes/Chrysler thing I got going. That it confuses judges. Lol

Yea I been placed in euro in mopar and in other import domestic.

 

What's the confusion, if our cars aren't "EURO" then what are they.

Congrats XFRACR, accolades are always nice to have.

 

They certainly weren't made in the USA. I think they belong In the ******* category. I usually look for modern muscle categories. But without displaying as much literature as possible it is hard to get the judges to look for ver long.

 

Yeah, they usually put me in Special Interest, but without the info for the judges, they just walk by. They don.t know that it didn't come like that, hell, a lot of them have never seen one up close.

 

well that raises another question.. "build sheet" printed out in the window? yay or nay? or I guess "modifications sheet" might be more accurate.. I've got a fairly short list but most of them are subtle enough that you wouldn't really pick up on unless you know what you're looking for.. would a list help draw some attention or is it not worth it unless you have something crazy done?

 

I have a folder about my car including Title and original window info sheet, etc. Also pics showing original and then modified but they don't even look, so the next step is a board with info set up on a tripod large enough for a blind man to see. Many of my mods are instantly recognizable by anyone who knows anything about Xfires which unfortunately doesn't include judges in this area. I notice a lot of show car owners do this, so I'm going to give it a go.
