Hello!

I dream about owning SSB SRT-6 for two years (but family priorities always come before dreams, plus i did not have a garage). Now when I bought a house with a garage, there is great place to keep the car (I would not even think of keeping it outdoors).

Guys, do you think if it is feasible to buy a good, non-high milage, crossfire srt for about $15k? Lot's of nice srts on this forum for about $20k so I wonder if a $15k srt would be a beaten-up, raced-the-heck-out car.

i got my wifes srt6 for 16.8k one owner, 22k miles, zero mods.

 

Yes. It will have some miles on it and likely issues like the IC pump failing but I've seen several at $15K to $16K.

'Verts seldom go for less than $20K so I assume a Coupe will do.

They are out there but seldom here on the forum as these guys take care of their babies.

Another approach would be a higher milage '04 NA in the $8K range . Then spend $6K to $8K on a twin turbo mod. 330HP or more is doable and you can opt for a stick shift.
