Default Selling my Crossfire SRT6 2005

This is a COLLECTORS EDITION 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Convertible SRT-6 mercedes. This car was built at the Mercedes Benz factory in Belgium. This is the last collaboration between Mercedes and Chrysler. It is also the best collaboration. This car does 0-60 in less than 5 seconds. I know because I tried it!

This car was my midlife crisis! I bought it new and have loved it for the last 8 years. It has close to 94,500 miles. I had this maintained by the dealer. I haven't missed a service. Why am I selling it? We are expecting our 5th grand child. We had 4 in the last 2 years. Let's be realistic If I keep my sweet collector vehicle and give 5 grand children individual rides it will take me forever. I will never be able to go anywhere with all of them. So with tears in my eyes I have agreed to sell it. All the emblems under the hood are Mercedes. So this is basically a Mercedes with a Chrysler emblem on the engine and a couple of other visible places. It is a convertible and I just love it. My sweetest memory was having a guy in a Cadillac STX challenge me. I went from 80 to 140 in like 5 seconds. The best part was the puzzled look on the guys face as he was thinking what the heck was that! If you research this car you will find it is the last collaboration between Chrysler and Daimler Benz. It was made in Belgium. I don't have a lot of time to waste as I run a company by day so if you are serious give me a text as I might be in meetings. 214-789-6255

Price and pictures please, and please specify exactly WHAT makes it a "Collector's Edition".
Note: all Crossfires were build by Karmann at the plant in Osnabrück, Germany.
Nothing Belgian ( other than maybe a few parts ) about it.

Coupe or Roadster? Color? Pictures? Price?
What service history is there? Have ny of the common problems been dealt with?

The only things you DID tell us about the car are inaccurate.

Take them for a ride in your other car. You can go from 0-60 in 5 seconds and 80-140 in like 5 seconds, that's amazing. If we research this car, isn't that like preaching to the choir, this is the Crossfire Forum of which most if not own a Crossfire NA or SRT6. You owned the car 8 years and just now found crossfireforum.org

Time to dump it and get a low mileage one while there are some around.
A few more miles and this car will make a good chicken coop on the farm.

Probably needs an I/C pump, new top... no catch can or separator - think of the work JHM2K has had to do to his.

This car could eat up a LOT of money in the next 25,000 miles. I wo'nt go so far as 100/80 but there are some expenses coming up here.

And that's why I haven't jumped on a local add for Aero Blue SRT6 roadster that is more or less local. 96K on the clock.. 12.5K on the price tag.. Claims it's in great condition.. "check the price on blue book".. I did.. 12.1K on "excellent" condition.. Being the one I want I might could see 11K at the most and that would be crossing my fingers on things not taking a dump 5 days later and costing 14K when the smoke cleared.

I've got more time to wait (I think..lol) than jump on that boat.

Wanna hear something nuts? I was thinking that for $15K I could have THE BIGGEST motorcycle engine in the world: 2.3L!

I mean, I could easily see paying $11K for that car and another $1 to 3K over the next year or two on water pump, I/C pump, plugs and wires, tranny service, etc....

Mine has 105,000 and Im about to do almost $1000 of stuff to it (plugs/wires/o2 sensors/fuel filter-regulator) and mine isn't an SRT and it's gonna need a water pump before the Dragon.

You are thinking correctly, There are a few gems out there and some lucky people are going to get them, you should be on the lookout. No rush, just bide your time.

Like an SRT wouldn't get me in enough trouble as it is...
