a) What is CTD ?
b) You have to wonder about things like oil, coolant, fuel system. seals, and tires with such low milage
Under about 1k miles/year it was never exercised and fittings like leather seats may have hardened.
Just saying that a throrough inspection needs to be performed.

CTD Germany was a supplier of after market parts for the Crossfire a few years ago with interior and exterior trim parts, such as the chrome overlay grille parts, chrome windshield overlays and numerous other parts.
They no longer sell these parts, since the Crossfire went out of production. The site continues to exist, for other cars.

Why would anybody by a car like this, and likely at the time spend 35K for it and let it sit for 10 or more years and then sell it for 11K?
I too would be concerned about it sitting for so long.

Reasons for people doing things like this are myriad. Bought by someone wealthy it may have simply been forgotten or driven for a week or two, found uncomfortable, and just left in a garage for the next decade.
Most common reason for selling on the open market: "estate sales" with "bankruptcy" and "divorce" right up there.
Heck I've seen cars (usually halo cars) decades later that still have the MCO. (Driven only on dealer plates)
Is not common but not that unusual either.
That said there are a lot of things that just fail with age (and I have cleaned out some really nasty gas tanks) and not milage.

The asking price is $18,500 plus the cost of a battery as noted at least.
That's a great way to break in a new engine. Tune it and floor it. Peg the speedo beyond what the manufactuer limiter is set for ----- within the first couple hundred miles.
