Can anyone tell me if the '04 was offered with black and red/org. leather interior? Or is it aftermarket?

Are you referring to the Cedar and Grey interior? If so, then the answer is yes. But if you are talking about a real "Red and black" interior, and you have seen one in a Crossfire, then it was probably taken out of a Mercedes SLK, and transplanted into an XF, or it was indeed an after market job.

 

the cedar (its a brick color) and the gray (its basically black) were original options on the '04 and are still options on the '05s...

anyway it usually takes more than 12 minutes to answer a question.

here is a pic of the "factory" cedar interior selection... and it was available in the 2004 crossfire.

A HA! I knew it would come to me. Look at the photo of the cedar coupe interior above. What does the roofline resemble? Porsche 356. The effect is accented by the rounded fastback "hunchback" of the roofline down over the trunk and down to the bumper line.
