Tire Rotation
Some advice needed here. Can anyone tell me how or if the tires can or should be rotated on the crossfire. Most vehicles recommend front to back however that would not be practical with different size wheels. Is there any benefit from left to right ??
Here's something to consider - especially for autocross people...
Directional tires grip better going forward than they do going back - better traction when accelerating etc.
I don't know if they still do it nowadays, but once upon a time they used to have the front tire rotation going the wrong way (put the LH tire on the RH side... vice versa).
This gave better traction when braking.

If the side to side rotation gives you an additional 500 - 1,000 miles (or more), then I think it is worth it considering the cost of the tires. Just my .02...
But look at the tread, there is grooves they go from the middle out, but if you switch, the outside would hit first then go in. Aren't the grooves designed to give you better traction and shoot water on the road away? If you turn them around, then water will be push to the middle of the tire.

"<-- Rotation"
Clearly stamped there.
31k on my p-2's and still wearing even, ok petty even, I count turns,
right now I'm 72 right turn up on left turns. My tyres are stamped outside with a tread pattern that would be reversed when "swapped" plus the rotation would also be reversed. Has anyone got a price on remounting and balancing?
I need go do some left turns see ya.

BTW only one week to coachella. Party time.
