Couple of TSB's taken care of this week
Took my 2004 Crossfire into the shop this week to have the drivers side seat heater fixed and to have them look at the problem with the manual transmission slipping out of 1st gear. I took it to Tom O'Brien Chrysler here on the north side of Indianapolis; and I gotta say they did a fantastic job ! They replaced the heater element in the seat and it looks factory new ! They also replaced the synchronizers in the tranny and did some other TSB work on it and now it is as smooth as can be. I was a little hesitant to have the work done after reading some of the previous posts on Chrysler Dealers. I am the second owner of the car and they provided me with a loaner vehicle and covered everything under warrenty !
Only one hiccup: they had to order a hydraulic clutch tool to complete the job, other than that, absolutely no problems.
