Post Engine Start Button (REVISED; in english)

Okay, I've heard a lot about these and I've seen quite a few but I've only seen them in the spot where your lighter goes. I found this one: http://www.andreschak.de/quaces/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=52&osCsid=46 29b30b5e6d16f1680dd9fe249fb103.

English Description:
Set ready to be installed with frame and connection diagram. This set is ready-wired and only with 5 cables at the vehicle is attached completely. With this “luck button” you start in the future leave by push of a button. To start a completely new feeling in you vehicle. This button enjoys of large popularity and is today in many new vehicles again to be found.

Now my dad is saying that it would replace where you stick your key in, but I'm not quite sure about that since I haven't seen any yet with the start engine button in that spot. Would anybody know where this specific one would hook up because I really would like to buy one if it goes in the ignition spot, not so much the lighter because it's too much of a hassle and you still need your key. Thanks loves. =)

that goes in the lighter spot. you still need the key to unlock the steering column, etc.

Just like the s2000. Stick the key in, turn it, and push the button.
Call me old fashioned, but I'll stick with my key.

Now the buttons that don't require a key (card w/chip in wallet, etc.), those are nice.

Agreed those are the best, you don't even have to do anything to unlock your doors (Expect walk up to the car or lift the door handle).
