I have recently purchased a '06 base coupe my dealer told me that they would have leather installed if I would buy the car so I did. The dealer sent the car of to have the seats installed when it came back I wasn't pleased at all they sent it back to fix the seats twice with no luck. I have talked them into installing katzkins, but there web site doesn't show seats for Crossfires I was wandering if anyone has any links or ideas where to find katzkins for our cars.

I had searched the forum and read the post you gave me earlier so I know that they offer the covers, but I was wandering where I could get info to take to my dealer such as prices and ordering info. I need to push the katzkin covers on them because if I don't they will probably send it to another upholstery shop and have second rate seats put in it like they have already done.

 

I was going to do it, but found an auto upholstery place that's going to just change the center inserts for me. I had to special order the color I wanted, so it has taken longer than expected. It should be done next week.
As to Katzkin, find yourself a dealer from their web site, and talk to them. The dealer might have to outsource the job to them. I think Gwetoe had Katzkins put on his base XF.

 

i found the base seats very irritating cause of the head rest ... bought barely used srt-6 seats for $400 bux dropped them right in (harness for power seat adjustment is already there) and ended up with the much more comfy integrated headrest...

 

I had thought if that I searched ebay with no luck. Is there anywhere else to source used srt 6 or limited seats.

All they list is a right side seat don't tell anything about it. Thank you for the info I'll get in touch with them to see if they can keep me in mind if anything comes in.

I had them put in and they are great quality! With one exception. I keep seeing the back of the seat leather portion pop out of the retaining insert. I think that is the word for it. I plan on getting it taken care of next month when I get some time off.

FP that is a nice interior alike the color combo. I looked at the seats you gave me a link for and I am interested. It states that the driver seat is missing a **** I'm guessing that can be found and replaced fairly easy another thing is that the seller has no feedback I have never purchased anything from ebay so should that throw up red flags I know that every seller has started out that way,but it is just hard to trust people, but anyways thank you for the link I will research it a little the seller said they were for '04 - '05 so I need to see if they will fit my '06.

 

The seats will fit any year crossfire. They are all the same. I can understand your concern about the '0' feedback on the guy. I wonder if any of our Ohio guys are near Canton, and would be willing to check it out for you. You might be able to use the fact that he has '0' feedback for negotiations?
