Steering Wheel Locks

Hey all, I just got my crossfire yesterday, used 2004, but it's already being towed back to the dealer. Everytime I want to turn the car on the steering wheel locks and I have the hardest time turning it on. Last night it took me 2 hours to get it on, and that's only because I had to ask for help from the people in the area.

Has this happened to anyone else? I read in a complaint that someone had their steering wheel lock while the were making a turn and their car turned off. That could have been a much worse situation.

Please help. I"m really lost as to what to do.

Please give me some advice.

If you mean that you are having trouble starting the car because the steering wheel is locked then grab the wheel and turn it slightly to the left or right while attempting to turn the key to start.
