Default Wheel Locks

I'm not sure how these would work. I was on site of -1st chrysler parts .com & noticed on their Crossfire page a set of wheel locks for $45.24. The picture shows a threaded type of screw with a set of 4 locks. Anybody use this type of set up or can tell me how it would be applied?
I have factory lug nut locks on my '93 Mustang, but they are a special lug nut with an opening for the included socket to easily fit into for removal.

Thks.

I bought wheel locks right after I first got my Crossfire. When I told my friend, he said I was crazy to waste the money because no one would be likely to steal such odd-ball wheels from a not-so-common car. I think he might've been right.

Has anyone ever walked up to their car and found evidence of wheel tampering, such as the caps lying on the ground?
