I still have a 2005 manual with 5K for $300.00 plus shipping from the West Coast. I purchased it and an engine last year. It appears to be in great shape.

I would jack up the car and look for witness marks from the tire shops hoist. I think they did something stupid while under there. The tranny case is very robust and your not putting out 400hp through it. have your insurance agent do an inspection, maybe you can find some paint transfer from thier lift. make those grease monkies pay for it!

The $299 LKD 6 speed trans with 4000 miles was just relisted on ebay. Its located in Belleville MI.

I'll let you know. It never hurts to have a spare, especially if you drive hard. The internals are worth the price.

Ummmm I was told by my dealer that the powertrain and tranny are covered for 7 years or 70k. ??????

it is I just transfered mine for 150 and lucky i did had a tick in the engine and has been at the dealer 9 days......all under warranty
