well i might be getting a awsome deal on a brand new 07 base coupe ..sticker is 32.000 and they took 12k off selling for 20k with 40mi on her...6 spd..black....well my question is can i buy the silver trim around the windshild and the side vents and door handles? i really like the way it looks but i guess i could live with it if i cannot....thanks for the help ahead of time..

 

Yes, But it's not cheap you can order it from any chrysler dealer.

Good idea, and with the additional $1,000 saved you can get a body shop to paint the windshield surround, side strakes and door handles. You should still have gas money for a couple of weeks left over.

 

that is a good idea, however they will only decline/call you back if you have a decent trade in. With a decent trade you can probably get 19k on the selling price, because they will make that back up when they sell your trade-in. But honestly, dont expect them to drop too much below about 19,500 if your trade has no resale value (i.e. old, beat up, etc.)

If you can get about 20,500 out the door (after TTL) then you would be getting a darn good deal at a loss to the dealer.

 

I wouldnt paint it, i think you can just buy it for less than 1k

 

It's too bad you aren't here in California, I'd trade you my silver pieces for your black ones

 

Why don't you buy the chrome parts.

On black I must say the chrome looks pretty good but should have original pieces chromes the look better than some of the after market pieces.

 

THOSE SILVER PARTS WOULD RUN YOU A LITTLE OVER 1500.00 LIST PRICE FROM THE DEALER.....

If you don't mind driving a bit, you can save some money. The dealer I bought my roadster from will sell a new coupe limited that has the silver trim and navigation and 6 spd for less than the price you got. Give them a call at 828-324-4410 and ask for matthew. I rarely recommend dealers but I was very happy with them.

 

Is yours black? I have an '04 with silver and I would trade them for black.
