Do you have the kind with the airfoil that are designed for Autobahn use?

You will be cracking up if you keep driving in the rain at 125 mph. just kidding.

If you can get some Rain-X in the UK you won't need no stinkin' wipers over 60!

I do not have an airfoil on mine, but I did find this on another thread:

The Bosch AeroTwin does not make any specific for Crossfire. But the A550S fits best:
Driver side 530mm (21") --- oem 500mm (20").
Pass. side 550mm (22") --- oem 550 (22").

The only place to get the original style is from the Chrysler Dealership. Yes as assual they are far more expensive than any other parts house version but they don't look like after market rice burner bolt on crap...
Enjoy the Ride,
Mike

Loved mine right away, too, and had the same reaction.

The only liability is that as you blaze by people in your new toy with a fiendish grin on your face they may doubt your sanity; at least for a moment as you vanish over the horizon.
(I recommend sun glasses and a tie flapping out the window. Also, ensure apocolyptic music at high volume.)

If the police pull you over, just tell that that you have only had the car a little while, and that it is so smooth at high speed that you didn't realize how fast you were going . . . then offer to let him drive it and see.

One thing you'd like - AllX'd Up (Terry) has a stuffed bear with a shirt that says "Midlife Chrysler" on board his red roadster. Thought that was great!

In any event, I'm sure you'll find this site a great rescource.
Most issues have come up so you can find a lot with the search function.
The only problem is that as you peruse the forum you will probably get bitten by the mod bug.
My NeedsWings cold air intake just shipped, and I feel like I'm waiting for Christamas to arrive.

(First a cold air intake, and then tomorrow the world . . .
or maybe an ECU tune . . . perhaps a pulley . . . hey that stainless danish brake handle would sure be nice . . .)

I hit 132 on the M6 going over Shap summit, back in 74 in a 69 Mach 1 Mustang No traffic, no cops that could catch me, so with all the congestion where can you hit 125 on a rainy day ??

If you were going 125 mph why did you not go ahead and shift out of 2nd gear to at least 3rd gear?

Took the Roadster to the dealership today to have the fog lights replaced under warranty, and asked them to replace the wiper blades, as they are not wiping cleanly, thinking they would just put new rubber refills in.
Went to pick her up, and they said they didn't change the blades, as they didn't have them in stock, and that the blades come as an assembly ( not the whole arm though), and that the longer one is AUD $ 149-, and the shorter one is AUD $ 78-, grand total AUD $ 227-, or US $213-. They didn't order them for me, and suggested I go to Mercedes to get them.
I might try and find after market equivalents first though.

I iagree with oru UK friend. Put Rain_X on and in most situations, you don't even turn on your wipers

Stuff is so good you don't need wipers when treated with Rain-X , + replace blades with Bosch Icon if you want to use wipers. 125MPH no problemo with Eagle F1 tires on Autobahnn.

+1 vote for the Rain-X

when I get over 40mph, the rain just fly off the windsheld. Never use the wipers again (except when stopping at the traffic light)
