Default Odd Noise in A/C Fan

This weekend I took a trip to see family. I noticed on the way home the A/C fan is now making a slight low buzzing noise that changes with the fan speed. I am guessing that a mesquite leaf has somehow dropped into the fan.

Does that sound sensible? Is there a way I can deal with this or would you take it to the dealer for a look?

In the passanger footwell you can remove the bottom of the fan housing to clean it out.
Remove panel under the dash and then un-clip the cover to clean.

This exact thing happened to me. It took a tech about 30 minutes to find and remove the leaf.
