No thats a shrill screech with loud laborius panting. Deep gutteral moaning is usually present but not always. HTH.

 

Got the Generals mounted today. The noise is completely gone. It was the front tires, Goodyear F1s with 26K+ miles. Tire guy says it was common. The Exclaim UHPs are tremendously more quiet and smooth than the worn out F1s and may be more so than when the F1s were new. More to come on the Exclaims.
