MOD combo package
MOD combo package
So I got my Crossfire about a month ago an 04 Limited I have been reading this forum on a daily basis almost an addiction. I want to ask the veteran's here would this performance package below be a good setup. I'm thinking about doing this all at once within the next couple of weeks. Also how much of an increase in HP should I get from this combo stock 215 as you guys know I'm thinking I should get close to 240 hp.

Re: MOD combo package
Honestly, in my opinion. There is no need for bigger injectors at this point. The stock injetors can handle more HP than the engine has or can easily be squeezed out of it. If it were me I would do:
CAI - NeedsWings
Tune - TVT
Plugs - NGK Iridium
Thats a good base, but by the same token. A tune isn't really necessary until you get everything else done performance wise that you want. So there are trade-offs...If you still want to do injectors, then I would look into the full TVT250 mod, that comes with everything you want.
My $.02

I disagree -- the bigger injectors from TVT made a big difference for me -- I had the tune, the intake, and the Magnaflow catback exhaust already, the injectors were the final piece of the puzzle!!! Much more power, smoother and pulling hard all the way to redline. I mix some 100 octane race gas in (Phoenix has lousy gas, supposedly 91 octane but 3 or 4 gallons mixed makes a big difference -- use half and half for track days).
