I never bragged about mine, never bothered the kids at my high school. Still did it to me. I don't think he has to do anything for them to actually do something to him.

 

Once again, you'll learn this when you get older too, some people never grow out of high school. They think life is high school.

 

life is a lot like high school, everywhere you work has their own little groups, you dont see upper management hanging out with a lowly worker because they are better than the employees, or engineers going to lunch with guys that turn the wrenches. no real life is a lot lot like high school in a lot of ways, when i got up for high school in the mornings i didn't want to go, same thing now with work. the main difference between high school and work is that in high school you've gotta do something pretty dumb to get kicked out but at a job they can let you go because they dont like you. example a female that used to work in our purchasing dept. was let go for failing to fullfil her job to the company standards.( she never did anything wrong, she was just a single mom who choose not to go out drinking with her fellow F.O.B.'s= front office bit$hes)::: another female who is our H.R. rep was busted for prostitution and sat in jail for 2-3 days still retains her job, why well ill let you all guess..., plus she's constantly sending emails to the headquarter hr office but about once a week sends personal info to everyone in the plant, a clear violation of the privacy act.

no id say that your average american has got to be a great actor/actress because of the day-to-day bullshit one puts up with without going into work with an armalite ar-15 semi automatic air-cooled, gas-operated, magazine-fed assault rifle pumping round after round into co-workers and friends, or in the case of this thread rednecks.

If it were me, and I was in your position (non-confrontational), I'd have only one real course of action.

I'd start telling everyone (in a joking and pacifist sort of way) that "some fool is sooooooo jealous of you/your car that he actually went all the way over to it to spit on it to try to make you mad. How juvenile, are we really still in the 5th grade?!?! How lame!"

Sooner or later it will make it to the person responsible and his friends, and I'm sure the latter will be making fun of the idiot who did it!

I had two nice cars before I got out of h.s. too. The first was a 924, and then a mustang GT both before I was 16. My payment on the stang was $142 mo in 86', washing dishes and arby's did the trick. I never got over 100lbs while in hs, so I could have been a target for bullying. I got real into wrestling and power lifting my freshman year but was a nerd as well in advanced classes. Only had one big guy try to mess with me my sophomore year. I shot in on him and swept his legs, picked him up and slammed him then got him in a choke hold until he gave up. After that no one ever bothered me again. He was about 5'8' 180lbs, and I was barely 5' and wrestled at 98lbs even though I only weighed 88lbs. My hs was ghetto and not many had nice rides, but if you didn't get respect. Figure on getting your a$$ whooped a few times. Getting respect and being conceited were two different things. Be careful with whatever you do, because you kids these days go postal way to easy.

 

Agreed. ...on the postal thing. Here's some advice. Go learn Judo. Purely defensive, so even if you wanted to, it would be a stupid attempt to attack someone, as much as you would be tempted to. Teaches you self discipline.

YOU know what is right for you... for you some is going to be guesswork, for people that know you well, more is going to be guesswork, and people that don't know you well let's just say it's all a guess...

 

Smokey, I know you're new to detaillng but I think that you need to get to the store and buy a big bottle of " Red Neck Remover". It's kinda like swirl remover. You spray it in the goobers face and they magically go away.

I can't remember if it's made by Meguire's, Adam's, or Griot's. Maybe Mike -In-Orange could let you know who makes it.

It's very safe to use as it only works on Rednecks. I heard that they're working on a top secret formula that will remove ******** and *Presidential candidates but I think we'll have to wait awhile for that one.

* The Presidential candidate remover only works if they over exagerate or tell half truths which means it will work on all of them.
