Default You Freeze, I Freeze, Anti-Freeze

My baby is aproaching 5 years (Build Date Dec 2003) and I want to change the anti-freeze. It still looks good but, looks can be deceiving.

Questions are What the best anti-freeze and what is the best way to flush the cooling system.

I want to do it myself as the local Chysler deal is about out of business(has less then 10 used cars on his lot) and Mercedes dealers are far away.

Your manual calls out a special mix...Pentosin I think. I would drain and refill like any vehicle, using distilled water if you have to mix. Please don't ask me where the valves are....I'm too lazy to do mechanical work anymore and content myself with washing, waxing, and detailing.

Any reliable shop should be able to do the work if you supply the antifreeze.
