Default Advise on selling a 2004

I have a silver 2004 automatic with apprx. 75,xxx miles on it. I bought it from the local Dodge/Chrysler and it is exceptionally clean. I was able to buy an extended warranty on it that cost apprx. $2000.

The car is very clean and everything works great. The dealer replaced the ignition switch/tumbler assy. this past year. The tires have about 6k miles on them, BF Goodrich.

Would I be better off cancelling the warranty and getting a refund on it or trying the get a price for the car with the warranty included. The dealer said there is a minimum fee for transferring the warranty to a new buyer.
