They fixed the original problem that it went in for (A/C). Brought it back because there was a weird light shining through the center console. Said their mechanic forgot to plug the bulb back in its place. Pick it up and now everything ok? Wrong!

Now the fan blows through defroster and front vent. I change the setting and nothing happens. It is almost like they forgot to plug it in because the swivel switch is not working. I give up! Would you guys bring it back or fix it yourself? I need the key for the radio.

 

If its under warrantee, keep bringing it back until everything is resolved to your satisfaction.

You can make radio removal keys from an old credit card just trim it with a pair of scissors. And yes, I would fix it myself.

 

Wal*Mart sells the radio key for $4 in the Schosche section next to the radio displays. Now don't go looking for "Crossfire". Look for Foreign/Import. It comes with two different styles of keys. The one you want looks like this (larger than life-size)

 

For me it's a pain in the butt to take a car in, let alone do it twice or more. If you go through the mcdonalds drive thru and get home and the order is wrong, even they usually try to make it up to you.
Maybe they count on you not being willing to go through the hasslr of bringing it back. I guess when you see that many people you can't please them all.

Good luck with your situation, maybe you should keep taking it back, if you can do that, and they'll try to make it up to you somehow.

It is going back in for the 3rd time. Hopefully this will be the last time! I will let everyone know what happens. I think they have a guy that is really good and works on the expensive cars (vipers). They were supposed to assign my car to him but I don't think they did. But now they have him on fixing my car and so far he has fixed everything properly. I will let you know what happens but I think they are trying to make it right and have good intentions. I am not going to knock them yet.... and give them a chance to make everything good.
