I am partial to red also. Your car looks good, you will have a lot of fun with it. Keep it clean, especially the front wheels, you will get a lot of looks!

Chris, the only "non-metallic" colors are Black, Yellow, and Alabaster.

The answer to the question "When do they start having mechanical problems?" is...........when you start making modifications.

47000 MILES, IDLER PULLY DISENTERGRATED while driving in the desert. threw the belt. no altenator, no water pump. drove 12+ miles to a point my cell phone would work.

motor survived, $230 for new idler pulley and belt. happy ending.

I have 97K miles and have not had any issues other than needing new tires ( on third set ) and new breaks ( second set ). I do think its time for a new windshield ( lots o little dings) and maybe new spark plugs. Car averages 25 miles per gallon. Very happy with this car.
