"Search" is your friend. Check with local auto upholstery shops, too.

I had mine replaced yesterday. $117.15 including tax and they came to my office and it took under an hour.

Anyone replace your headliner with real Alcantara? I found one dealer that sells the real stuff in the states - Gulf Fabrics Home Page

Its really expensive but beautiful stuff. Wondering how hard it would be for a DIY project?

Not hard at all to do it yourself. The hardest part was takeing it out of the car threw the passenger door. Well... its not that it is hard just kinda akward.

If you're considering a suede fabric like the Alcantara brand, you could also consider leather, either smooth or sueded, for a truly luxurious look (and aroma). It's much more readiy available, and probably not any more expensive, though of course there are many grades, some of which are quite expensive.

Do you apply the new fabric on top of the old headliner fabric or do you strip it down to the foam? What type of adhesive do you recommend? I would like to wrap the a-pillars while I'm at it, that should be easiest part.
