some people don't deserve a crossfire...
Friday, September 25th, 2009 - Bat's Crossfire spotted on I-70 absolutely covered in dust and dirt and the smushed carcasses of about half the flying bugs in Eastern Colorado (but nearly no brake dust - thank you, EBC red stuff pads) and I couldn't have been prouder!!
I was heading home from a day at the track, putting her through her paces, and she was quite the dirty girl. She's extremely well taken care of but she's no garage queen. Given the choice between petting her in the garage or getting her hot and bothered on these awesome Colorado roads - please, it's a no-brainer.
I do clean her regularly but I also drive her like I stole her every chance I get so while she may not be as shiny as some of yours, I may just deserve her a bit more anyways. Bwahahaha!
EDIT: AND I have a front license plate, OMG!!!!!!! (CO law and frankly I give enough "donations" to the police due to lead foot disease to do extra funding for the privilege of a pristine front bumper). But hey, least it's not wired, lol.

You guys are taking things WAY too seriously IMO. Maybe the person was in between washes? I don't wash my car weekly. Once a month usually. Though I also use polymer sealant on the paint, which seems to maintain itself for quite a while. After 6 months, the car is still beading in the rain.
Having said that, I'm doing my second detail of the year, getting the car ready for driving during the winter.
