Small light in passenger headlight assembly burned out. How do I remove it?
So the small light in the upper left hand corner of my passenger side headlight assembly has burned out. I looked at it and see that I cannot get to the bulb without removing the headlight assembly. There are two screws at the top of the assembly that I took out then I tugged on the assembly a bit but it did not come out. I don't want to break anything! Is there another screw somewhere? How am I supposed to get this darn thing out?
Thanks
Thanks
I was able to change both sides of mine with just my fingers. I changed them to amber from clear. Very tough but not impossible. Max uses medical type needle nose pliers to rotate the bulb sockets to remove and reinstall.

There are 4 bolts that hold the headlight assembly in place. Two on the bottom and two on top. Even with the bolts removed I suggest removing the bumper cover bolts on the sides to allow some extra leeway when manipulating the headlight to remove without scratching or breaking anything. Like Max I have a pair of long needle nose pliers that have a 45 degree bend. This helps turn the fittings. Once you have them out I suggest adding some lubricant to the rubber seals, this will make them easier to turn next time. Good luck!
i used a right angle needle nose pliers. maby a regular one will work. if u cant reach the buld slightly tryto turn the wireing harness coming off the buld it ushually breaks it loose
