Went to my dealer today, asked about the floor mats, gave him the # 82208249. He said based on his info on his computer, he was not sure if they came with the LOGO.

Said if you order them, must pay in advance and if they not the right ones, not refundable.

Not good customer service, I order parts from my dodge dealer, no advace payment, and if not correct item, they just send them back.
Good customer service/

Both are "5" Star Rated!!!!

What to do, What to do!!!!!

Bobby n........ I'm a manager with the largest defense contractor in the world. I too have a closet full of very nice suits.... However, when I'm off it's Blue jeans and T shirts/polo shirts! I still wouldn't put cheap rubber crap on the floor of my car! If my mats get worn... I'll take the money I was going to spend on a new suit and buy a new set of Carpet mats.

I think you should take back the comment about prowler39 being an idiot..... If I were placing that moniker on anyone it wouldn't be him

If that's the case, the board has a PM feature.

On the other hand, if you want to put cardboard on your floor mats, that's ok by me.

If somebody else wants to buy a new set of factory mats every other week, that's fine too.

If somebody else wants to wear a hole in their mat and leave it that way...doesn't harm me a bit either.

This is an argument over floor mats, for chrissakes.

He he.. Funny you should mention that, the X-fires are all shipped with cardboard duct-taped(200 mph tape?) to the doors and foot wells.

You all should have bought them from my store at CrossfireShop.com. I was given the wrong pricing information on them, so I sold about 20 sets of them for $44 instead of $80. So you could have all gotten them for basically half price. I'm going to take a nice little loss on this one unfortunately. They are still available for sale, with pictures if anyone is interested.

I think I have you beat ....My dealer charged me nothing so far for the mats I might get a bill sooner or later. The picture of the mats you have online must be the first run.My mats are shaped different with more cut outs for the drivers side.

zackly what I did, bobbyc and always do. The thick rubber mats are cheap, unobtrusive and protect very well. When they get too gross, toss 'em and do it again. You can buy several sets ($14.95 at kragans) for the price of one fancy DC set.
