New, in the box, rear cargo security cover on Ebay
Ya my windows are tinted so no need for this. However it is nice to know this exists. Be something cool to complete someones car with official Crossfire assecories.
Buy it, and while you are installing it, you might as well go ahead and stensil on it...... "Look, I am a security cover. I am pulled because there is something under me that I do not want you to see. I am hiding something very valuable. HaHa... you can't see it."

I put one in when the car was new. When looking in from the outside it does not look like a security cover. It looks like a solid deck. If you didn't know that there is a deep well underneath the cover (and who knows besides us) you wouldn't guess. I don't use it much but I am glad I got one. I like it better than leaving luggage and what not visible when I take trips.
When I bought my car I wanted one of these bad. Couldn't find one cheap, and the dealer wanted an arm and a leg. Then while traveling to the Dragon, I realized I couldn't have used it anyway. My luggage and crap was piled way up higher than the cover would have allowed. A rear heavy tinted window does the same thing.

If you want one of these covers, jump at this chance. There are not too many of them around, there are probably none in North America available at the dealers. The last I checked there were six and two of those were broken and the other four were sold later. The last one I heard that was purchased came from England.
For $300, what it's currently at, I'll just get my windows tinted. Provides more benefit than this thing does. I would consider buying it if it was more like $75. I really don't care how rare it is. It would only be useful to me about 20% of the time anyways, since most of the time, my luggage will pile over that height.
My mom's Volvo wagon was broken into when the thieves spotted two shopping bags in back. Sadly the bags contained trash.
BTW, I use my cover all the time and there's no way a Crossfire cargo cover is going to become "dislodged" It's built like a tank and bolted in place, not sitting in a groove like on your grand jerky.

The first thing I did when I bought my Grand Cherokee a few years ago was take out the cargo cover.
I have a military sleeping bag liner which is about the size of a poncho liner. It rolls up ivery tight, shoe box sixe, and can also be used as a blanket or so sit on if we go to the park or some out door event. Its woodland camo too so if I want to be hidden from an air assault I just throw it over the car

mopar part number # 82208889. retail msrp: $260.
i feel its a must have item... i loved mine - even with tinted windows - crap in the hatch didn't reflect on to the inside glass with the cover pulled.

I have one of these covers stock from the factory on my 1978 Corvette..It works good..hides what is beneath and keeps the sun from fading rug...Also has built in roll-up option spring loaded so is easy up or down..
I had one and the glue came off the rod. I've got another one just haven't gotten it out of the box yet. If this one comes apart I'm hoping I can take it to a upholster' and have it sewn on instead of glued.
I like my cover but if the price gets high enough I might be tempted to unscrew it and sell it. These days a buck is a buck and a Crossfire might be worth more in pieces than as a whole.
Just kidding.
These ebay auctions are strange, $300+ for a $260 cover and I just picked up a UK SRT-6 owners package, Manual, Navigation Users Manual (many languages) etc. in a wallet and brand spanking new for $8 plus shipping and a German sales brochure (cannot read it) for the Black Line Crossfire for about the same. I was the only bidder on both items.
Black Line MSRP prices as of 08/2004 (2005) were coupe 33,700 and roadster 34,900 Euros.
