Agreed. The exhaust looks special too.

I think the wheel gap and quality of the pictures is making it look worse, those wheels aren't as terrible as others I've seen.

I love this forum, but the bashing and hate/fear of anything 'different' gets old....

But I digress.
Not as much about class... if anything my comment would be considered rude but only if spoken directly to the owners face. In this case I was not rude because I wasn't addressing the owner. I was simply showing this particular vehicle in a forum (that I assume the owner does not visit) and giving an honest opinion about how I feel. It is a good car but I just think the wheel combo would look better on a black or white car. Just not on grey.

You can tell I have issues

I think the word "discernment" comes to mind when dealing with customizing the Crossfire, however.

The people we "flame" here seem to lack that ability.

And to a point I agree but painting a toothy smile on the Mona Lisa to improve what ilequipted people see as cool gets old.
It's called allowing one's opinions to be heard.
Actually after even going where I did with my comment I wished I hadn't gotten involved, but I did and my opinion still is what it is.
Hell I didn't even mention the diesel exhaust...

I must admit... the crossfire stock is not bad. Any other car I can see changing... but for some strange reason when it comes to the Crossfire the factory look just works. Everything about the look of the crossfire blends together well (all the way down to the tail pipe) and I am not a fan of changing anything.

I'm a fan of the stock Crossfire, too, but I can understand many owners wanting to customize. On the other hand, my 77 Goldwing has a custom seat, fairing, lowers, saddle bags, radio, and backrest because there was no such thing as an Aspencade back then.

Question: Why is it titled in Virginia and for sale in Alabama??? Did he just relocate here and wants to sell it before registering it in Alabama?

Does he think Alabamians have less taste than Virginians?

Inquisitive Don

One of the finest rides I have ever seen....bar none....would be glad to meet another XF owner who has customized his car to his liking....would that describe any other XF owners here? From stickers, decals, exhaust, hoods, paint, wheels, tires...grilles, lets not forget grilles....each to their own...

I've seen alot of uglier crossfires.. I wouldn't even call this one ugly, just not to my taste.

I saw a set like that on a big GM suv a while back. They didn't turn when the suv was moving.
