Default change is good

well, with all the bad talking out there on if the crossfire is crap or not, im taking this one another way........................ .. BIG MODIFCATIONS  oh ya! it would be cool to get lambo style flip up doors, i found 3 sights that have univrsal kits. and some cool ground efects, not too ricey, more racing. havent found them yet but i think thay would be out within a year. im not sold on this one, but a tara top , like the old 911s but it would keep the same roof line. just some ideas, what do you think?

Default You Betcha change is good

I have driven and raced MoPars since 1965 and I believe the crosfire is the best blend of Chrysler leadership and German precision that I have seen. So now that the product line is at it's new zenith we should celebrate and enjoy it.
That is not to say that some things could not be improved. The sound system should at least be MP3 ready with aux. input jacks for whatever technilogy you want to attach to it (Ipod ect.).
Telescoping steering wheel is fine but without a tilt feature I will wear out the sides of my seats just getting in. Furthermore since I drive my X-fire 100 miles a day a tilt would give me a more relaxed position to hold the steering wheel.
Yes I also would like a 2nd cup holder. I have made a 2 cupper by laceing together 2 cup bases. One base is held by the holder and the other sits foreward toward the shifter. I attached a rubber gromet to the bottom of the extended cup which rests on the console.
I currently have 1700 Mi on Red and I am sure I will discover more changes I would like to see but in the mean time, when I'm behind the wheel, you couldn't knock the smile off of my face with a hammer.

A CUP HOLDER???????? You have got to be kidding me......

Why dont you just trade in now for a mini van with a fully fitted kitchen?

This sexy sports is fast becoming a car for old aged, large bellied, cup holding, pipe smokers..... (and I've seen the galleries!)

And you thought DC had a problem advertising the car... well when you see who's buying their cars you have to agree!

You should be driving waaaaaay to fast to sip coffee! and how does pulling up at a set of red lights, sipping coffee look cool anyway?!?!? :?:

i once had a 944 porsche with the same fixed steering wheel. it was the first time id seen that on a car. i asked my dad about it, (he is an old school german) and he said "thay put the wheel where its supposed to be, it would be wrong to move it." the crossfire wheel fits me fine, gess its the german in me  and as far as cup holders, "real sports cars dont have cup holders!"...dad is a wise one.
