1260 - Second hand, but immaculate. Bought from a colector (he had TWO!). Blaze Red, 6 speed. And it handles great on the standard tires in rain. Had it at work, stuck late and had to drive home in a pouring rain at night on the twisty 2 lane out here in the country. It was secure and fast all the way home.

My build number is 53318. I have an 05 Roadster. I ordered this car in November and it was built in December 04 and I took delivery on Feb. 9, 2005. That was 12 weeks from the day I placed the order.

 

I guess I am one of the newest menbers. Never been on anything like this, so I hope you all forgive me if I make any mistakes.

I think my Xfire build number is 4084. I got that number from the vin.

The car is a 2004. Silver blue.

One hell of a nice ride, once I get my big butt in.

Where do you find the build #? Is it the last digits of the VIN, or is it the L4-VON # listed on our window stickers?

yep...its the last 5 numbers of your vin in the front lower driver side area of the windshield/dash.

 

Ok, thanks. Wife's is 3423 and mine is 16,508 lol. Funny- I have the "updated" stereo with the better display and our power window switches are reversed for up and down- it's odd going from one to the other. Mine also shifts 10 times better than hers, I can speed shift third every time in mine, hers I can't. She has mentioned hers popping out of first a couple of times too, so I am going to call the dealer and set up an appointment for that.

 

They'll switch the radio out and switches at no charge. The tranny good luck.

 

I knew there was a TSB for the radio, but didn't know about the switches. Maybe I'll look into that. As for the trans, isn't there a TSB for the 1st gear synchro for it popping out? They'd better take care of it- I bought two damn crossfires in one week from them and they even admitted that it was doing them a favor since they couldn't move them. They owe me hahah...

:lol ... It look like my roadster is hot off the production line "46745". It is had to believe that there are so many crossfire's out there.
