...if I can ever get the car in my possession! It's been sitting at the dealer for 2 weeks as of today waiting for its papers so it can be registered. A co-worker ordered a twin to my car that has a serial # a few hundred higher than mine. Hard to believe they made this many XFire's since you never see them on the road.

Someone else is kicking around here with a build number in the 100's, which is pretty cool. BTW, in 2004 there was no "base" or "limited" versions of the car. You either have a Coupe, Roadster, or SRT-6. The Base vs Limited designation appeared in 2005.

Build #25450 was the last 2004 xfire coupe built, and #25451 was the first 2005 xfire coupe. There are many 2005 roadsters with earlier build#'s. Mine is #24968 (Built 02/04). The earliest 2005 roadster Build# that I could find is #233282. Does anyone have a 2005 roadster with a earlier Build# than #233282?
I really don't know why I wasted all of that time trying to the first 2005 roadster built. By the way... it appears Build #23809 was the very first 2005 SRT-6 Roadster built.
Maybe someone else will find some interest in this???
