Question Weird spoiler problem!!! HELP!!

Ive never done these posting stuff but i really need some help. I have a 04 crossfire with 70k miles. But for some reason in the past few weeks i have notice that sometimes when im going to turn on the car the spoiler is up for some reason (I left it down before turning it off the last time). And every time this happens, my car battery is dead, so i have tu jump start it. How could it be possible that the spoiler gets up and wastes my battery if the car is turned OFF????

I would deeply apprecciate some help

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. How old is your battery? Weird things begin to happen when the battery dies, hopefully that is all it is.

If you still have the origional battery in the car I would bet that the battery is going to be your problem. When the battery starts to fail our cars do all sorts of crazy electrical glitches. Seems that 99% get solved with a battery change.
