the biggest issue with the sc300 is its a tank. bmorgan and i raced a sc300 in may in 95* heat and killed him repeatedly

Lol and as far as racing the sc. If you raced one of the autos with the na 2jz that's why. This car has a factory turbo motor out of a japan market only soarer (the cooler the version of the sc we never got) it's quite a bit faster than a na sc

 

I remember that one well. It was a white one. It did decent on the back end (turbo spooled up), but was a real dog off the line. I roasted him badly 3 times that day. I think his best run was in the 12.9 range.

 

Yea they are a bit on the heavy side but still fun to drive. With enough power weight doesn't matter

Ok, we all know that Infinite is full of shiet, and has just enough knowledge to be dangerous Actually, he does have pretty good knowledge when it comes to certain things like turbo's. I do find his BS to be very humorous most of the time. Having said this, I am quite amazed at his resiliency to keep coming back with more insight while not taking offense to... or getting into a pissing match with those that ridicule him. I think our dear Infinite is a complex soul that may be misunderstood. For this reason alone, I think I will miss him a bit when he departs our community. LOL

I had finally come to actually like the car too. Go figure lol. I had big plans but looks like now I'll be selling some stuff... 74mm tb, e55 rear supercharger housing and a few more things.

 

I have to agree with you guys. And Infinite, I really try to say it like it is, for better or worse. Sometimes the words aren't well chosen and can be hurtfull. Like these guys have just mentioned though; we could take a lesson from you in "letting it roll off". That car you're looking at seems to be a good fit for you. Good Luck.
