No. I'd do her again. Just prefer dark hair & small ****. Long legs and a nice *** are a priority as well.

As far as the accidents. The truck, not my fault, no ticket... insurance company cannot hold it against me as they dont have to pay out.

The crossfire, not my fault, not ticketed. Witness statements (2 of them) show the other driver at fault. Had I been found at fault I would have a ticket...
Good Grief, If by some luck, and all your law enforcement relative's help, you do find a Insurance co. who will take you, You best have a good paying job to handle your premiums. Good Luck,(and this from a old dude, who, has had only one Insurance Company since I started driving.) (56 years). So There!!!!!

Haven't had time to do anything with the crossfire.
I've parked it behind my house in the woods for the time being.

Still dealing with the truck. Chipped vertebrae in my neck, concussion, amnesia, whiplash, etc. PLus fighting to get what its replacement value is.

I've gotta get the crossfire cleaned up, tires on it, etc. Birthday is this weekend and I'm going to Vegas the 2-6th for SEMA, so I'll start on it when I get back.

Don't know if you saw Amarillo Mike's thread about a bumper and engine cover on e-bay for a good price from a good seller? Might be useable if the Ins. vultures say they can't find parts..?

Check out the possiblity of a "diminished value claim". This claim is filed to try and make up the difference between what your car was worth prior to the accident and what the damage cost you in the resale/trade in market. Some insurance companies are doing this, I was involved in one a few months ago. Clients car was hit while parked and we paid a certain amount. The value of his car was diminished and he filed the DV claim. As I remember he got a couple of thousand dollars more. I think Andrew (the forum mod here) had one too, not sure what became of his. Good luck with your claim.
Pat

It's totaled, so I won't get diminished value. Already talked to my agent about that

I leave for Vegas for SEMA tomorrow, when I get back I'm going to get it cleaned up s the adjuster can come look at it... assuming im physically capable.

He said their book value on the car was a bit over 19k which is good, i'll get more than i thought. The parts I priced from Chrysler, just the big stiff, was 5300... not taking into account nuts bolts, brackets, etc.

And plus most of the big stuff is on backorder. I've already found what I want to replace the crossfire... Im just hoping both insurance companies come through in time so I can pick it up.

I called my agent and thast what he told me... lol
I'm not gonna argue with that.

I was just able to go get the accident report, we've got some fighting to do.... Officer said the contributing factor to the accident was me following too closely.... considering the vehicle wasnt even in my lane until about 30ft from stopped traffic thats hardly true....

So tomorrow I'm calling the Sheriffs Office to contest the report and get it revised.... The written report even contradicts itself lol.

On a side note, I did go out and crank the car after letting it sit for about a month.... It still runs but its buried under leaves... I'll try to start cleaning it up this week assuming the weather doesnt go stupid cold again.. and I can get it in the garage

Oh no; here we go. From this thread and another one, I've read from him that he has: Back injury, brain injury, amnesia, whiplash, and a stubbed toe..... O.K., I made up the stubbed toe part. I guess all these injuries didn't keep you from going to SEMA and walking around all day taking pictures, aye Infinite? Maybe you were in a wheelchair? I'm sorry that your vehicle was lost, but I have issues with Frauds.
