Been Sitting the Service Lounge for 3 Hours Now
I have decided to take advantage of the free wi-fi here at Overland Park Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler to explain what has brought my car into the shop, as well to vent.
For the past couple of months I have noticed slight whirling/vibration from the rear passenger side suspension when driving on smooth pavement; however, when I attempt to put a fair amount of power to the ground, take a turn aggressively, come across uneven pavement, or a dip in the road, the car begins to shutter violently until I put an end to any of the previous statement made above. At very low speeds a creaking/groaning noise is audible from the rear passenger side suspension whenever the spring is out under any stress causing compression.
Today I am just having the diagnostic work done so that I can then hopefully turn all labor and parts charges over to my 3rd party Extended Warranty Carrier.
Any of you out there have any guess as to what is going on back there in the suspension? I have not came across any previous threads describing the vibrations I have been noticing from the rear suspension.
Oh and as far as venting goes, I scheduled this appointment for today nearly a week ago and as of now my car still has not even made its way into the garage. It now appears that I will be missing out on my Physics Lab this evening.

The technicians noticed that the shock was loosing gas pressure as well as a damaged sway-bar mount/bearing. The dealer is going to get in contact with the warranty carrier and try and get the parts covered and ordered. On a good note they did waive the $80 diagnostic charge assuming that they are going to get plenty of money out the warranty settlement for the parts and labor.

I suppose it would be a bushing, considering the damage is where the sway bar connects. Honestly I am not all to knowledgeable when it comes to suspension items.
