In the '70s I had a YELLING YELLOW VW DASHER that I had black anodized aluminum louvers put on when bought brand new from the show room. Loved 'em. They were called "Shadow"s back then (1975).
I went with black tinting on all but the front windows on the XF when I could not find any. Works great except at night in unlit areas. Looks cool too IMO.
OK, Who's going to step up to the plate and build the first Boss 3.2 Crossfire.?

Never a "Factory" or "Dealer" option on the 2 seater AMX, but I think they looked pretty good.
Thanks to the rear window being recessed, the louvers were completely hidden when viewed from the side.
