Well...now that Blaze has had the appropriate amount of break in miles she got to strut her stuff a little recently on an old piece of Route 66 between Victorville and Fontana....145 was the top....then a good solid push on the big pedal...and a 45mph bend.....and a smile almost as big as at the hook-up :-)
She also got to do what I love even more....the Mt Baldy run and then over to Glendale......if this road was a one way....I would be in heaven. Nothing but turns....lefts rights, climbs descents, on and off camber and a spectacular view....for those quick smoke breaks ;-)
I have noticed however that it is almost impossible to stay below 90 in this wonderful driving machine......oh boy. Sure hope my early warning system works ;-)
