access to mirror control

Hi,

to access under mirror control do you need to dismantle entire center console? or can you remove black square piece?

The whole console has to come out, and it's not all that hard.

Do a search for "cupholder" and you'll find the instructions on how to remove the center console.

Had to replace this before myself.
